I am living proof that miracles happen, and I am full of gratitude for the opportunity to share my story and inspire others.
In 2010, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that I was told would kill me. I spent five years in a wheelchair, lost the use of my hands, the ability to talk and walk, and lost my hair.
Even though I pragmatically prepared for what seemed to be the end of my life, I never believed this was how my story was going to end, and it didn’t.
Locating a clinical trial in Chicago, I found the doctor who would cure me. In a process that has taken 15 years of recovery, I have learned the lessons of being awakened and have become changed in a truly authentic way.
Now, with a new lease on life and a practice of living fully in the moment, I share my story with deep gratitude, profound joy, and radiant love.
